Return & Shipping Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund under the following terms and conditions:

1. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) to be returned may be "open box" but must be complete and all original packaging intact.

If item was damaged upon receipt, email us within 3 days (apexagates@gmail.com) with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.

2. FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items with the exception of the following are eligible for return:

Items damaged after delivery as a result of accidents or improper handling

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria.

4. RETURNS. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email (apexagates@gmail.com) to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or customs.
